Winston Churchill
We Shall Fight on The Beaches (2nd speech given in the Battle of France)
Winston Churchill was a politician and wartime prime minister who led Britain to victory in World War II. Winston Churchill wrote great speeches that are still remembered and appreciated today. This particular speech was a propaganda effort, originally meant to strengthen people's confidence and enthusiasm after defeats in Northern France and the Atlantic Ocean. In reality, as one defeat after another became public, it seemed that the Nazi's were indeed the "Uber-Mensch" (supermen) that they said they were.
Winston just wanted to remind the people and military that it wasn't over yet and that it may seem like its the the beginning of the end, but in reality is just the end of the beginning. His refusal to surrender to Nazi Germany inspired the country. In reality, the world wouldn't be what it is now no matter how much the world suffered in WWII, because it is a part of the world's history which made renowned modern day identities.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy
We Choose To Go To The Moon
The Decision to go to The Moon is still looked up to after a total of fifty-two years later. Not only did America land on the moon the first, but JFK's speech is yet, drawing inspiration today. Although the space race is over, the Soviet Union doesn't exist anymore and Russia is a key partner in spaceflights of the United States, Kennedy's words still have the equal power to inspire the modern world.
Mahatma Gandhi
Quit India Movement
Mahatma Gandhi's motive was accomplished as the British did eventually leave the nation of India, helping it gain its independence permanently. India is now a populous nation, rich in culture, and growing in economy day by day.
